One Jewish Step operates as an educational and supportive online service. The user can choose a topic, complete a short onboarding flow, open material, write in a journal, save the path and return to continue it.

The project may evolve, adding new routes, materials, account functions, journal, guidance, analytics and paid formats.

Operator of One Jewish Step: Alexander Livshits, registered in Israel as עוסק פטור / osek patur.

One Jewish Step operates as a commercial project. It is not an amutah / עמותה, not a charity and does not accept donations / תרומות / donations.

Under the current osek patur status, the project does not collect VAT / מע״מ and does not issue a tax invoice / חשבונית מס. Payment confirmation and receipt / קבלה are handled according to the applicable tax status of the project.

If the tax or accounting status of the project changes, payment terms, payment documents and public legal wording may be updated.

Materials on One Jewish Step are educational and informational in nature.

The site does not replace consultation with a rabbi, a community, a Beit Din, a doctor, a lawyer, a financial specialist or another qualified specialist.

Questions of Halacha, conversion, personal status, health, law, finance or personal decisions should be addressed to the appropriate specialists.

The user may use the site without an account in a limited local format.

To save the path, journal, progress and to continue from another device, an account or email-based access may be required.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide and for protecting access to their email and device.

The journal is intended for personal notes, reflections and recording of the path.

The user decides what to write in the journal. Please do not place information in the journal that you do not want to be stored on the platform.

It is prohibited to place materials that violate the law, the rights of other people, contain threats, unlawful calls to action, third-party personal data without permission or malicious code.

One Jewish Step is a commercial project and may develop paid formats, including path guidance, extended materials, additional routes, analytics or service functions, partner and sponsorship formats.

At the current stage, the site may show initial commercial participation formats, email inquiries and partnership bank transfer details. Full online checkout through Grow, automatic renewal and automatic access provisioning are not connected yet.

Before online payment through Grow is launched, One Jewish Step will update the terms of payment, renewal, cancellation, refund and access to paid features.

One Jewish Step may cooperate with partners, sponsors, organizations, educational initiatives and commercial participants.

Partnership or sponsorship does not mean that a partner manages the educational content of the site, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

One Jewish Step is a commercial project, not an amutah / עמותה and not a charity.

Partnership transfers, development support and participation formats are not donations / תרומות / donations and are not presented as tax-deductible charitable contributions.

The bank transfer reference for partnership payments should use the wording: One Jewish Step — Partnership Support.

The user undertakes to use the site lawfully, in good faith and without attempts to disrupt the service.

It is prohibited to attempt to access other people’s data, bypass technical restrictions, breach site security, copy materials for commercial purposes without permission, or use the site for spam, fraud, coercion, discrimination or unlawful activity.

Texts, route structure, design, visual elements, product logic and One Jewish Step materials belong to the project or are used on a lawful basis.

The user may read and use materials for personal learning. Commercial copying, publication or distribution of materials without permission is prohibited.

One Jewish Step is in active development. We may change materials, routes, functions, design, technical infrastructure, the availability of specific sections and the terms of use.

We aim to make changes carefully and to avoid disrupting the saved user path unnecessarily.

One Jewish Step strives to make materials clear, careful and useful, but does not guarantee that the site will operate without errors, interruptions or technical limitations.

The user makes decisions independently and is responsible for applying the information in their own life.

To the extent permitted by law, One Jewish Step is not responsible for indirect damages, user decisions, actions of third parties, technical failures of external services or consequences of using materials outside the educational context.

It explains what data may be processed, why it is needed, where it may be stored, how service and marketing messages are used and how to contact us about access, correction or deletion.
