One Jewish Step was created for a calm beginning.
It is a digital educational platform that helps a person take a clear first step toward Jewish life, texts, tradition and practice. The project meets the moment when interest has already appeared, but the entrance still feels unclear.
Some come through Torah, some through Shabbat, prayer, family memory, a Jewish home, questions of conversion, or the desire to understand how tradition can become part of ordinary life.
What One Jewish Step does
The platform organizes the first step.
The user chooses a topic or begins from an inner state, goes through a short onboarding, opens the first material, reads an explanation grounded in Jewish sources, takes a small action and writes a thought in the journal.
After that, the path can be saved by email and continued later.
Who it is for
The first stage was created for Russian-speaking users in Israel and the diaspora. For many people, this subject is connected with family history, the Soviet rupture, a new country, questions of identity and an adult desire to understand Jewish tradition in clear language.
The project architecture is designed for further development in English and Hebrew.
